The information, text, graphics, images, sounds, links and all other information and software published or otherwise contained on this site (the “Contents”) are the exclusive property of Agave Donousa Suites and, except as specifically provided herein, may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Agave Donousa Suites.
PRIVACY
Agave Donousa Suites web site itself will only collect data from its customers when they willingly input their information (name, email, phone and message) at our contact form, in terms of a channel of communication between us and the customer. This data is kept for the customer’s reservation or for reservation history so that the customer’s reservation is facilitated. This data is stored in our server in the form of an email. Under no circumstances this data will be used for marketing or be made available to third parties. The customer will only be contacted in the grounds of the reservation and never again. This data will then be kept for the most 1 year before being discarded. If the customer would like to see that data which is basically a history of the emails he can contact us at info@agave-donousa.gr with his request and the data will be sent to him. He has the right to delete the data by simply requesting it at the above email address or correcting it by the same means.
We co-operate with beds24 for keeping a reservation system. If the customer is redirected to the beds24.com website to make a reservation then he should read their privacy policy here.
Credit card details are not stored in any form in our servers. The handling is done by beds24.com and they are responsible for all customer financial information and other privacy and protection laws. If you wish to know the exact processes, the information that is stored and how it is used you can read their privacy policy here or contact them directly at admin@mpksystems.com. Credit card details are used by our reservation manager to charge the card for deposit purposes and are kept in beds24 servers securely for a small amount of time after the end of stay of the customer and then disposed of. If you wish to know the exact duration please contact admin@mpksystems.com directly.
The information obtained from beds24 that the user has given willingly to fulfill his reservation – these can include credit card details, names, addresses, IP addresses, email addresses and boat arrival information – are not stored in our servers and is not shared with any third parties. They are used solely for the purpose of the reservation of the customer. This information is always made available to the customer every time a reservation confirmation email is sent from Agave Donousa Suites.

RESERVATION TERMS
Rates and occupancies
Rates are quoted per room, per night for the occupancy of 2 guests and its max occupancy, the minimum stay per night, as stated in room’s description in the respective room page and include all taxes except the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee 2€/room/night. Extra guests up to maximum occupancy are charged according to the dates booked and vary per person, per night, based on the room’s specification. The exact amount of the final charge is made available to the customer at the time of the reservation for simplicity reasons and to reduce clutter. Single occupancy is possible but there are no special prices available and are charged according to the room’s occupancy of 2 guests.
Deposit
All reservations require a 50% deposit of the total cost. It is payable during reservation using credit/debit card. You can also use bank transfer after the reservation process. The room is reserved for a limited time until the transfer is completed. This time is clearly stated at the reservation email or given to the customer by the reservation means of communication. When inquiries are made through email and during the time of those email inquiries no rooms are reserved or are implied unless explicitly indicated by our reservations manager.
Children
Children more than 10 years old are welcome. Children less than 10 years old cannot be accommodated.
Children more than 10 years old are charged as an adult guest and are declared as Guests in the reservation system. If the third or fourth guest in a room is a child of more than 10 years old, they are normally charged as an extra Guest in the reservation.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay for any reservation is 3 nights.
Pets
No pets are allowed (dogs, cats etc.) in our acommodation.
Unannounced visitors
No more people than those agreed initially at booking time are allowed to stay in any room in our accommodation. If any violation is discovered for any reason (e.g. appearance of a sudden guest for the already staying guests, invitation for third party guests to stay in the accommodation etc.), the management may cancel the reservation of existing residents entirely and evacuate the room by legal means in accordance with the Article 8 of law 1652/30.10.1986 (FEK 167 A’). In order to avoid such circumstances, unpleasant for the management and guests, it would be preferable that the management is informed of the individual case or incident (e.g. sudden visitor of already staying guests) and finding an agreement on the matter so that legal settlement is avoided.
Check-in & Check-out
During summer season periods (determined by boat schedules – usually after the beginning of June) the check-out needs to occur by 11.00 am
Boat of arrival/departure information is a requirement and always requested during reservation.
Our accommodation can provide means of transportation from the port of Donoussa, either the main port or the smaller port “Vala” where Skopelitis arrives. If you don’t have means of transportation such as a car or a bike and wish to be transported by us, we will contact you shortly before you arrive to arrange your transport.
If you are arriving to our accommodation with your own means and wish to delay your arrival, please inform us since our reception closes in the afternoon shortly after the boats arrives and all visitors are accommodated.
During your departure we can also transport you to the port.
Parking
If you arrive by car or motorbike you can park just outside our accommodation on the roadside as long as you do not disturb the road traffic (it is minimal in any case).
Breakfast
We do not provide breakfast yet. However, you will find in your room materials to prepare your own breakfast such as a Nespresso® coffee machine and capsules, kettle, tea, rusks, butter, marmelade, Νutella®, bread sticks, biscuits etc
PAYMENT
Payment/Deposit by credit card
You can use your credit card to pay your deposit of your reservation during your checkout. Please note that your credit card is not charged at the moment of your reservation. It is usually charged minutes after or in some cases it can take a few days.

Credit cards that are accepted are Visa™ and Mastercard. When you are at the accommodation you can also pay with popular means of electronic payments such as Google Wallet, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Greek IRIS™ transfers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation charges of a reservation after booking and before arrival:
– 30 days before arrival: Free (deposit return)
– From 30 to 7 days before arrival: charge 50% of total stay value (deposit withheld)
– From 7 days to the day of arrival: charge 100% of total stay value (your card is charged with the remainder of your reservation)
Cancellation charges during your stay:
– If you decide to leave before the end of your reservation, regardless the reason, the full amount of the reservation will be required.
CHANGES
Changes can be made up to 7 days before the arrival date for free (based on availability) and refer only to the same set of reservation days. If the change concerns a reduction in the days of the total stay, the reservation is considered a cancellation and the total payable amount of the reservation will remain the same as the original reservation.
The deposit will normally apply to the new reservation.
If there is no availability, then the charge follows the above cancellations table.
NON-SHOW
The fee for non-show in every case is 100% of the value of your stay
